一、个人基本信息

马宇翔，男，1991年4月生，河南开封人，工学博士，研究员，硕士生导师，河南省优秀青年科学基金获得者，郑州市人才专家库专家，开封市委网信办网络安全智库专家。主要从事网络安全、人工智能等领域的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，省部级项目4项。发表SCI/EI检索学术论文31篇；由国际著名出版集团Springer出版英文学术专著1部。担任网络安全国际学术会议CAI-2023主席，曾10次担任IEEE TrustCom、IEEE ISPA等多个CCF推荐国际学术会议程序委员会（TPC）委员，是《软件学报》《IEEE Transactions on Networking》《IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems》等12个国内外学术期刊的审稿人，是多个省份科技项目外审专家。曾荣获中国科学院研究生最高奖励“中国科学院院长奖”和中国科学院信息工程研究所“所长特别奖”，2019年12月入选“河南省青年人才托举工程”，2024年4月破格晋升正高级职称。
